1. General Policy

At Digital Proton Private Limited, all sales of Microsoft licenses, cloud services, and professional services are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

2. Licenses and Cloud Services

  • Once a Microsoft license or subscription has been provisioned to a customer’s tenant, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Provisioning of Microsoft licenses is dependent on the policies, approvals, and system availability of Microsoft and its Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) network.

3. Professional Services

  • Professional services (including advisory, consulting, mentoring, or implementation services) are non-refundable, once the project has commenced or resources have been allocated.

4. Exception - Microsoft/CSP Provisioning Failure

  • In the rare case where Microsoft or its authorized CSP refuses to provision the requested tenant, subscription, or service due to eligibility issues, regulatory restrictions, or compliance-related policies, only the license fee will be refunded at actual cost paid.

  • Professional service fees related to pre-sales consulting, documentation, advisory, or implementation will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Refund Timeline

  • If a refund is approved under the specific exception stated above, the refund will be processed within 30 business days from the date of official denial confirmation received from Microsoft or its CSP.

  • Purchase Date
